Dothan born Jerome Jackson is a familiar voice in the area. He started his radio career right after graduation, working at several stations in the market over the years and currently on WTVY 95.5 where he co-hosts the popular morning show with Dixie. DJ by day and Elvis by night, Jerome has performed his Elvis tribute show around the wiregrass area and the country too. After pursuing a career in Nashville, Jerome decided to come full circle and do what he does best…Elvis. Specializing in the 1970’s concert Elvis, Jerome hopes his show will bring back some great memories of the “King of Rock n Roll”.

Dixie is a native of Memphis, Tenn., where her family has lived for generations. She’s the oldest of five children, which she laughingly says was like growing up in the circus. Today, she’s a “boy mom” with three sons who are all Dothan, Ala. natives.

She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism from Troy University, and has been in media/marketing in the Wiregrass for over a decade. Over the years, she has been a voice on several radio stations in the area. She loves cutting up in the studio and getting to know her listeners. 

Dixie is the current Program Director for 95.5 WTVY and Morning Show Co-Host on Your Country Morning Show. 

When she’s not working or helping her boys chase their dreams, she loves concerts, the beach, sunsets, back roads, and all things in the water.
